Joker.buzz Is Going To Launch ICO

The scandalously known information exchange Joker.buzz, where the hacker group "Humpty Dumpty" sold off dirt since 2015, announced that it intends to raise funds with the help of ICO.

The Exchange sent a letter to its clients stating that it is planned to attract $17.5 million, and investors will have the right to participate in the management of the resource. Tokens based on the blockbuster Efirium will be released at the end of this month. The Exchange promises to pay quarterly dividends from profits to all holders of tokens.

The Joker.buzz needs money for development: the message mentions that the exchange plans to expand its sphere of activity beyond Russia, and this requires reaching a qualitatively different "technical and ideological" level, the representative of the exchange said in an interview with RBC.

The exchange has been functioning successfully for more than three years, the turnover of the site has exceeded 5 thousand bitcoins. Now we face the task of making the site as transparent as possible, entirely legal, decentralized (the transition to blockchain technology will help this) and operating not only in the Russian market. Holders of more than 1% of the total number of tokens will be considered co-owners of the exchange; they will be allowed to vote on all important issues of the project's functioning.

Joker.buzz became famous for the compromising material that was exhibited on it by a group of hackers "Humpty Dumpty", who published personal correspondence of several dozen Russian politicians, officials, and businessmen since 2013. In 2016, members of the group were arrested.
